Most of the Women’s should do their exercise at home when they gets a time. Because many women’s now work outside a 9 to 5 job. So they didn’t get time to join a gym.
But if you get a time from your busy schedule, it’s always good to go in a gym for exercise. Here are some tips for stress free exercise for women’s.
• If you are going to the gym, choose afternoon time. Of course, not everyone has the time. But at lunchtime, the gym is less crowded. Equipments are free. Also the trainer’s can advice you while doing exercise.
• If you are doing your exercise at you home, then always switch off your TV or your smartphone. Because you get always disturb by this tv and smartphone while doing exercise. And because of this you can’t get a complete benefits of this exercise.
• If you are ding a exercise for a weight loss, then alway keeps your aim or goals small and try to achieve that small goal. This technique will increase your confidence and you will not frustrated in long period of time.
• If you are doing a exercise in a gym then always keep this in your mind. There are lots of mirrors in a gym. So don’t see your self in that mirror again and again. Because it is proved that, when you looks in a mirror while workout , you can exhausted too early than normal.
• Always take a black coffee , 20 minutes before starting your exercise. It will stimulates your mind and increase your concentration on exercise.
